Lattice, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users. Lattice does not collect any user, personal or patient data outside the customer network. Each customer is required to sign a MediCopia System Agreement including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before production usage of the Lattice MediCopia application.
